Hardwood Flooring and Carpet For A Fire Rebuild Home
Hardwood is one of the best choices for your home and it was no exception for this home that was rebuilt after the Tubbs wildfire in 2017. In the wake of another devastating fire, we wanted to highlight a recent rebuild installation of ours and this particular home rose from the ashes in Fountaingrove and was finished this September.
We installed an engineered white oak hardwood to complement the grays and cooler tones of the home’s decor along with the paint colors. The hardwood was installed in the living room, kitchen, and dining areas which tend to have the most traffic in the home. This insures that their flooring will stay beautiful for years to come because by making the choice to put such a durable flooring in their high traffic areas.
In the office, stairs, and upstairs bedrooms we installed a beautiful patterned carpet to add a touch of elegance to the spaces. The carpet color chosen is a soft warm gray to accent the walls but also flow with the warmth in the hardwood floors. The pattern is a very organic vine like pattern which adds definition without giving the carpet a set direction like with a geometric or linear pattern.
The below images are of the project Rugworks finished in Fountaingrove with the engineered hardwood and a patterned carpetfinishes.
Despite the devastating wildfires, we remain Sonoma County Strong and will continue to rebuild these homes and make them as beautiful as this one.
